Rose Velasquez has been weaving in the Rio Grande tradition for the past ~15 years. She first learned at the historic El Rito campus of Northern New Mexico College, then continued her education at the NNNC campus in Espanola. She now takes classes with Karen Martinez in Chimayo.

On the weekends, you can also find Rose selling pecans at the Taos and Peñasco Farmers Markets!
